"As of late, I've been in there twice. Once around 12 noon during the weekday and the other at 5.15pm on a Sunday. They have some cute threads and styles ... with that said, I don't have a lot of "time" to shop. I need to get things done quickly, thus why I went in during the week at noon. When I asked to use the dressing room, the answer was "no" because it was being painted. Okay, fair enough. I had a stack of clothes that I FINALLY could try on, so Ok.. I slipped as many of them on in the aisle and bought 50% of what I pulled. I will say that the employees do not seem happy. They were barely around and seemed annoyed when I asked a question. The doors from the outside parking lot were locked, as well, further annoying the experience. Yesterday, I went in again to exchange an item because I could not aptly try it on for size previously. The outside doors were locked again which was annoying, but somehow expected it. I walked in at 5.15p, found the item I was to exchange and to make certain of size asked to try it on. At the register, the employee said that, again, the fitting rooms were closed. When I asked, "why", he said that they were about to close. It was 5.25pm - thirty five minutes before closing. I said, "ok, I'll try them on right over there..." which I had to do the other day over clothing. He told me that I couldn't do that either. I did and I exchanged the item I came in to exchange. For corporate, up these kids base line pay and stick them on commissions... pool the commissions for those merchandizing the store, etc.. You really need to get it together. You have a high volume store that is being run in to the ground."
"FIRST OF ALL, DONT GO THERE AND DONT BUY THERE!! I have tried to make a return today. I had some cloth I have bought 12 Weeks ago. I had the receipt and the original Tags have been still on the cloth. I just forgot to return it the whole time and now they said, they will give me a store credit of just 10%!! Everything is new, Tags are still on, I have the receipt and they want to give me 90% less then I actually paid?? This is actually the worst customer service I ever had in my life!! I definitely won't go there ever again!!"
