"LUIS who claims to be a manager of this store is the RUDEST, THE WORST retail person I ever met in my life. I had my worst nightmare shopping here. NEVER AGAIN. PEOPLE STAY AWAY or you'll be a stressed out as I'm & WHY???? WE GIVE THEM OUR HARD EARNED MONEY. LAURA SANDOVAL how can you keep such AWFUL PEOPLE in your store???? Are you the same way??????? ALSO, the loss prevention guard PRETENDS HE DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH, if asked a question while a minute ago he greeted me in perfect English!!! What a HORRIBLE STORE WITH MEAN FAKE PEOPLE. WILL NEVER BE BACK"

"The employees at this location are very unprofessional and and rude! When I have a question and i try to ask someone for something, i get a response in a language that I don’t even understand. Not for nothing, i am not from this country myself. I was born and raised in Germany and moved here when I was 17 and I had to learn English, just like everyone else! It’s just very difficult when you look for something specific and you can’t get an answer from anyone because you can’t understand what they’re saying. last night on Sunday, 28 May me and my fiancé had gone to the same location as around 1045 or 9:45 PM a few minutes before they close to get my daughter a birthday gift, so I was rushing through the store and I found a purse that was originally $199 but was on sale for $25 and I had to grab a few more things and the cashier seen me grabbing a couple more things and once I got to the register he said that he already closed the register even though I was still in the store and he also seen me in the store and knew that I had items that need to be checked out! Long story short, they couldn’t hold my items until the next day, and I was very disappointed how unprofessional the cashier was from last night, knowing that I was just about to come up to the register to cash out!… With that being said, I do not recommend Ross on Airport pulling Road in Naples Florida. The employees are very rude. Do not understand or speak English and they’re not very helpful! I will not recommend this store to any of my friends or family."

"I love this store. I hardly recommend it because here you can find any kind of clothes at very good prices! For man, woman or child, there are things for everyone. Also the shoes are beautiful and good quality. The clothes are a little disorganized but with a little patience you will find what you need. And the prices are the best thing about this place. In my opinion the only bad thing is that apparently they don't have enough bags, because the cashiers always put all the things that you buy in the same big bag, no matter if there is a shoe or a dress, or a box of cookies, and when you ask for another bag, she tells you that they don't have enough bags... but everything else is good."
