"Love the store but horrible customer service. Not greeted once by any employee and when we got to the dressing room one of the ladies looked at us from head to toe and was looking around as if we were stealing something. When we finally paid (in cash) she checked the bills like three times to make sure it was real. We felt extremely disrespected. Didn’t catch her name but the number on the receipt is 195874."

"I walked around the entire store but never once got greeted or asked if I needed any help. I saw 4 employees and not a single one acknowledged me. One employee looked right at me and said nothing. I was standing next to another employee as I looked at jewelry, again nothing. I own a business and I know there's going to be off days but what I witnessed today was just unacceptable. I saw a few things that I liked but apparently they don't need my business so I shopped elsewhere."
