"Was highly disappointed in the customer service . I walked in 30 min till close it was me and my girlfriends first time and was excited about checking the store out . Soon as we walked in the employees were very rude like they didn’t even want us there in the first place . The First Lady told us that the store was closing in 30 min before even welcoming us first or anything else . Then the man behind the register also said the same thing. It made us feel very uncomfortable and not wanna ever come back. They did have cute clothes and stuff but I’m not even giving the store a star because of the rude employees."

"I am highly disappointed in CM because whoever was suppose to go through my clothes to buy them didn’t do their job! They are lazy and liars. My clothes are folded just like when I brought them. I drove 30 minutes thinking they would go through all my clothes , but they didn’t. I will not set my foot there anymore. It’s one thing to be short staff and do your job, but it’s another thing to be lazy and not do your job!"
"The 91st avenue location of Clothes Mentor is a throwback to courtesy, customer service and pride in workmanship. Regardless of the number of drop offs, customers waiting for service, their professionalism is unmatched. The clothes are hung correctly on hangers, sized and in the sections by color. No hangers out of place, signs are clear about size and the clothes in that section match the sign. Phillip and his team inspire the desire to return and have more retail therapy!"
