"Whenever you go into this Ross Branch, there is no daytime without having a very loud Alarm coming from the Shoe Department or Parfum Department! The Alarm get activated just picking up shoes and nobody cares! The Branch is also the most unorganized Branch."
"Worst ever!! I bought a glass jar asked to have it wrapped in paper . Cashier says their out of paper.also bought sunglasses. Get home jar breaks into pieces, sunglasses still has security tag on it .This has nothing to do with paying for what you get. It’s horrible customer service. Stupidity at the register."
"This has by far been the worse experience encountered with Ross. I purchased a some cloths on Sunday and decided to return them today. I handed the lady everything needed to be returned and the receipt. There was a piece of clothing which DID not have the Ross price on there (somehow got popped off) but it still had the actual companies information on the pants. She said " she couldn't find it" Very nonchalant and didn't even try to locate this information on the receipt. I took the receipt from her and found the pricing of this pants. I matched it up and told her it was 16.99 and she proceeded to tell me " this is not ....."... How are you going to tell me what I PAID? I specifically purchased this because it looked better than my other choices I had... Do not tell me what I paid. She made it seem like I was trying to steal or get something back that I didnt have..... Nonetheless, she reached out to management to locate a similar piece of clothing and she couldn't find it... How embarrassing is this? They were screaming across the store to one another in Spanish going back and forth while I was still waiting for this to be resolved. This was not only embarrassing for me but unprofessional for them. But they do not care. They do not care how they make other people feel when we come to spend our money. This is the last time I come to Ross or any other ones. This has definitely left a horrible taste in my mouth.. The look on her face when the PRICE WAS what I told her was more than enough for me... TREAT PEOPLE BETTER...NO MATTER WHAT!"
