"Went to this store today and spoke to a lovely lady who was very helpful. She was about to call the owner of a piece of furniture I was interested in. This very rude guy who said he was the coordinator told her the price was firm. She told him she had a substantial offer but he persisted in a very rude way that it was firm. We were confused and asked him shouldn't the owner make the final decision. He told us that if he accepted less there would be less commission. Anyone considering consigning things in this place should be aware."
