"Normally this store is my first go to. I recently purchased a $30 shoes that fell apart within an hour or 2 of wearing them. I understood where the manager was coming from not wanting to issue a refund due to how distraught they looked but at the same time I spent $30 on something that was of poor quality. I very rarely ever return items. I was highly upset with the situation I was placed in. When I purchased the shoes there was a security tag and everything attached and they looked brand new. I asked if the gentleman who cashed me out was present in hopes he would have remembered me but unfortunately he was not on shift. I was given no resolution or meet in the middle. I was stuck paying money on an item that just fell apart. All I can say is over look anything you purchase from here because you never know what you're going to get once you walk out the doors."
