Seven Springs CrossFit

"Found my new favorite spot when I’m in town visiting my husband’s family! Looked up a few CrossFit gyms nearby for a drop in or two and was a little leery as I’ve never been to another box outside of my home gym in Montco PA. Was pleasantly surprised to see the stereotype of “CrossFit people” once again debunked. Coach Darryck was welcoming and informative and everyone was kind and introduced themselves and chimed in when anyone got stuck on a movement. I arrived about 15 mins before class during a coach workout session and met a few other coaches who were equally kind and chatted with me. So refreshing to see another gym without the ego and cliques I’ve heard so much about. I’ll be back again soon for sure and recommending my husband’s aunt come and check it out as well."

"I was skeptical of CrossFit and uncertain whether it was the right way to get in better shape. The programming here is challenging yet adaptable to all skill sets. It took me some time to feel comfortable with many of the movements, but the coaches here are so good at teaching proper technique that it made the process fun and gratifying. This is a gym that emphasizes community and makes everyone feel welcome. I have definitely noticed a big difference in all aspects of my health and physical well-being. Looking better is a bonus. Can’t forget to mention that having classes with childcare makes working out with young children possible and fun for the kids as well. A great addition to Trinity."
