Burn Boot Camp

"I’ve been a member since December 2021 and love it! I’ve always enjoyed working out to some extent. Before joining Burn Bootcamp I worked out at home. It was hard to stay consistent and I seemed to always get off track. Since starting Burn, I go 5-6 days a week!! I love it and it’s hard for me to find an excuse on why I can’t go. I think the hardest thing for me in the past was one of my 3 kids would do something to stop me from getting my workout done. Or they’d be home from school and I’d just let the day pass without pushing play on my home workout. Burn has childcare and my kids go with me and actually enjoy going! I like that my kids are watching me take care of myself and make healthy choices. It’s a quick 45 minutes and done! The community of members and the staff are like no other!! They’re the best and no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey, they’re there helping you and cheering you on! At 41 years old, I’m stronger than I’ve been! Doing things like 30 inch box jumps, pull ups, and chin ups. I’ve discovered this side of myself that loves a good challenge and wants to overcome them. I was never like that before. I would settle and never push myself outside my comfort zone. Thanks to Burn Bootcamp Trinity, that’s all changed! I’m a better, stronger version of myself and I’m eternally grateful!"
