"Their online scheduling system doesn't sync up to the schedule in the office? My appointment for Saturday morning which I scheduled online was not registered in their office. I was told that it's best to call. Question to product/IT team- if the scheduler online doesn't work, shouldn't you inform customers and prevent users from creating appointments online until the feature is fixed? The staff and people are great but the convenience of an online portal only makes sense if it works. Please fix this issue."
"I have no idea what goes on here. They don’t remind you about appointments, which creates problems with medication. Ever since Dr. Larkin left, it has turned into and absolute dumpster fire. I wish would could give zero stars"
