"Very tasty food! Expensive, but I already knew that going in. Lunch for two came to about $26 (drinks were not included in this, I would have bumped my rating up a star if drinks had been included). I ordered online via their website, which was very easy. I added a $2.30 tip to my online order, but I will not be tipping again on carryout... When I went to pick up my order, not a single employee spoke to me, two different employees walked right past me and said nothing... I was standing at the pickup counter waiting, where my email confirmation directed me to go... After a few minutes of standing there with no one speaking to me, I happened to turn around and saw that there was a shelf with carryout orders bagged and sitting on it... My order happened to be on that rack so I picked it up and walked out... Still not a word from anyone working in the restaurant. I I know everyone was busy with lunch rush, but that's no reason for such poor customer service."
"I had the pleasure of ordering a takeout meal this afternoon from Tazikis at Legacy Village in Spring Hill, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. The food was exceptional, the ambiance was delightful, and the service exceeded my expectations. The manager was not only extremely attentive but also exceptionally friendly. It's clear that the owners have chosen a remarkable manager for this establishment."
"Let me preface this by saying the food is only okay (if you actually get what you ordered), but spending nearly $50 for two people and not getting everything we paid for (all three times we've ordered from here) is disheartening. Last night's order for example: the soft pita was supposed to be included with the soup- didn't receive it. Salad was supposed to come with balsamic- didn't get it. Ordered two baklava, didn't get those either. If you're charging these kinds of prices for merely "okay" food, you should at least make an effort to ensure that the customer receives everything they paid for with their order. Do better."
