"No shortage of Publix locations in North Naples, but! This is a good one. The shopping center is easy to get in and out of no matter which location you are coming from or going. The store itself is almost always very tidy and well-stocked. Several of the employees have been friendly faces for years now and everyone is always very helpful here. This Publix is not so far west that you are paying that extra price bump for some products and they still have some of the upgrades like the olive bar and the weekly buffet thingie as well as a Publix Liquor just down the strip. Several people (including myself) drive a little further for this Publix due to their reliable stock and oraganization--though this is probably why they can also be very crowded during peak times. Very."
"The fried chicken is normally very good. The last time I picked up the mixed box it was so over done that we could not eat it. There is no excuse for serving food like that."
"I love this Publix! I have never been to a Publix that has a self-serve "Hot Food Bar". Every other Publix I've been to has a self-serve Cold Bar, where you can craft your own salad, but this Publix at Naples Walk may be the one I visit from now on! Their hot food bar, which is available from 11am-2pm, had a variety of food choices, from Gouda Mac and Cheese, to BBQ Spare Ribs, to Sweet Potato Waffle Fries. I packed myself a small container with BBQ Spare Ribs, Collard Greens, and Sweet Potato Fries and only paid about $12.00 for it. The portions were filling. (Of course every plate is different because they charge by the weight). This is a very convenient option for a quick lunch- I highly recommend visiting, and I look forward to making this my home Publix!"
"I ordered two sandwiches online today, so I have them ready for a pick up when my lunch break starts. I come to the store 5 minutes after pick up time and the sandwiches were not ready. I asked the lady behind the counter and she said they didn’t see the order printing out, but when she walked to the printer it was there. She said she’ll make them quickly. It took her exactly 27 minutes to make two Italian sandwiches. I know it’s not a fast food joint, but I literally spent my entire break waiting for sandwiches to be made. I wouldn’t be writing this bad review if it was only this one time. This happens all the time at this location. 15 minutes to make one sandwich is a little excessive. It would be nice if you guys can work on that."
