"This Walgreens is hands down the most horrible store to exist. All the employees are extremely unprofessional. They have the worst customer service. There’s always homeless people laying down on the side walk in front of the door. Do not visit this store if you don’t have to."

"Absolutely terrible service. In fact, this pharmacy is a health hazard. I had surgery today, my doctor prescribed an antibiotic for me to pick up, when I went the attendant told me “the computer is down, there is nothing we can do.” So what, I can die from a post surgery infection, and they don’t give a damn? I even try to get the prescription filled by another Walgreens, they told me the doctor had to re-direct the order. Last time I will patronize this pharmacy, there are many better options."

"I appreciate the free flu shots Walgreens offers our community. I got mine today. The staff was friendly and the doctor did a great job with the needle: barely felt it. The reason I am giving it only 3 stars is the timing. I arrived at 1:47, doctor went to 30 min lunch at 1:49, doctor came back at 2:29 and started answering the phones, doctor administered shot at 2:44. They have a very small sign only in the middle pharmacy counter that says they will be out to lunch from 1:30-2pm. While I waited, I bought some things and was checked out by Rose, the best employee Walgreens has (my opinion). She has been serving here for years and is always a ray of sunshine."

"Despite it's great location, this pharmacy's service is so horrendous it consistently boggles my mind. Whether you call ahead to refill, stand in their long lines for understaffed-with-incompetent-staff registers or go through the drive through I promise you would spend less time driving across the city to a better pharmacy. This is not based on one experience but every. single. time. Never ever will I come here again. Please consider doing yourself this favor as well. Picking up a prescription just shouldn't be this challenging and the most frustrating part of my day."
