"I've given them a few chances. Every appointment I scheduled I would show up 15 mins early like they ask but keep me waiting a whole hour sometimes two with my two toddlers. They need to find a better schedule system. A single mom of two doesn't have time like that to waist. We schedule our whole lives and need the times to be met. They never update you or ever have an answer of why our turn is skipped."

"I made an appointment to be seen because I wasn’t feeling good. They had an opening the same day I called. So I came 30 minutes early and waited about 20 minutes was take him to the back to the triage. They said they had no rooms available and sent me back to the waiting room then I waited for two hours for room to be open. Meanwhile they were still taking people to the triage and bring them to rooms and sending some people back. Then I found get cold to the back and was told the doctor will be with us in a moment obviously I know that’s gonna take a few minutes maybe 20. Once the doctor came he seemed like he was very concerned and wanting to get to the bottom of it which I liked but I knew they need some samples. So then I had to wait for an hour for the results of my urine test. That lied to about how I can’t see my result online. Since I was waiting for an hour me and my fiancé just decided to walk out and nobody cared nobody stopped us. Overall it was the biggest waste of time just to speak to the doctor for five minutes."

"Nice and clean place. Good costumer service. The facility is awesome, lots of space. Well maintained office. I did not have an appointment set up for my kid and they attended him anyways."

"I have been taking my kids here for years now to the pediatrics. The staff is very friendly and have been there for years as well. It's very convenient for labs to walk across the hallway, and pharmacy right in the building. Eye doctor a floor below. There are days with long waits but every office has that. There are also days with short waits. The office is always clean and is nicely kept."

"I don't recommend this office at all. Our 5-day old was there for nearly three hours for her mandatory post-hospital checkup, yet the lab techs were on lunch so we couldn't complete a 10:00 appointment by 12:45. 2 hours were lost in the waiting room, using almost all of our supplies. Two other families walked out before us because they also waited several hours. The staff apparently had no problem keeping their own lunch appointments, however. If any state funds are used to pay hourly wages here, the location should be investigated for misuse."
