"Front desk ladies are great, doctor was great. However, Alfred, the one that help us with prescriptions and billing was the WORST. You could see that he doesn’t know what he’s doing, he kept doing things wrong, messing up and took a whole hour with us sitting right in front of him in an awkward silence. "I gave them two stars since they did try to correct the lenses. I asked for no anti- glare treatment as it makes my eyes tired. I got it anyway. Anyway the end result is that I don't like these glasses they make my eyes tired and the photo chromatic sunglass part takes 10 or 15 minutes to lighten up once I come inside. They are supposed to be polycarbonate lenses, which is very light, but yet they're heavy enough to make big indentations on the bridge of my nose. I wish that I could return them for a refund. Well I must admit that this organization is doing everything that they can to correct what one sales lady did. I'm on my way now to take them back as they want to help me resolve this. I am very impressed."

Everyone from the front desk to the doctors to the young ladies, helping with ordering your glasses or contacts, are very friendly and courteous. I’ve been coming to this location for two years and I highly recommend them, keep up the great job!"
