"Extremely dissatisfied and upset with the care we received by Dr. Tenholder and PA Sneller. We took our daughter to be seen after she dislocated her patella and she left "the exam" in tears. One week after she dislocated her patella, the PA ripped her immobilization brace off, that the ER put her in, and threw it across the room only to say that she didn't need it. They put her in another brace that was too small and said she just needed PT. Dr. Tenholder never did an exam or touched her knee once he came into the room. We have since had her seen by another orthopedic surgeon that informed us that the treatment they prescribed was misdiagnosed and may have caused even more damage resulting in further imaging, more pain, and prolonged injury. Extremely disappointed in the lackluster care we received by such a highly regarded surgeon."

"It is a refreshing experience to visit a medical office that has trained, competent front desk staff that can have you checked in so quickly. They know the answers to your questions and have everything regarding your appointment ready for you if you should need to fill out any paperwork. The x-ray technicians, the MRI technicians are so professional and waste no time getting your scans completed. The PA’S are very capable and personable. And something else that is not found much anymore, you will see your doctor within 5-10 minutes. They have spent time in your file and are prepared for your issue when they enter the room. My experience has been very positive, every question knowledgeably answered and you can converse without worrying you are taking too much time. They never make you feel rushed out. Dr. Tenholder has such a great personality and is very congenial. You will love him!!!"

"I first met Dr. TENHOLDER at Sacred Heart Emergency Room in 2017; when he performed urgent surgery on my husband’s ankle that was broken in 3 places! I was So impressed with his reassuring manner and willingness to take the time to answer all my questions. Today, I saw him in his office for a damaged left knee. It felt really good to see he had not changed… still an awesome surgeon and his concerned for my health and well being has not changed!
