"I am a obese woman and they have chairs in the waiting area that I can sit in but they don't have a scale that would take my weight or a chair I can sit in once I go in the back. It makes you feel really self conscious"

"Honestly just the worst. Refused to renew my prescription for a blood pressure med without an appointment though I'd just gone a week earlier (to get that prescription renewed). Apparently he didn't write it in my chart or renew it when he said he would. Additionally, the solution to every ailment is not to go on a vegetarian diet but that's all he ever suggests. Flu? Vegetarian diet. Sinus infection? Lose weight via vegetarian diet. Anxiety? Lose weight by becoming a vegetarian. Furthermore, I went in while dealing with a lot of anxiety and one of the nurses literally laughed at my concerns and mocked me. Overall, the worst doctor I've ever gone to. Ever."

"I love Dr. McLeod. He is not rude, he is blunt. There is a difference. Most of the office staff are very nice. Everyone has bad days! I've been to other doctors who told me they thought I was making up my symptoms, or thought that it only bothered me because of the way it made me look (IBS). Dr. McLeod believed me and gave me some very good advice that I have been following, and my issues have lessened in severity! Excellent doctor! So what if I have to wait. I've never been in ANY doctor's office where I was seen as my scheduled appointment time. You have to wait anywhere you go. I've had wait times of 30 minutes, and I've had wait times of 3 hours. Most of the time I am in and out within an hour at Dr. McLeod's office."

"The receptionist at this Office is beyond rude and vial. She treats patients with hate and disregard. She clearly hates her job and life. The shame is that the Doctor is amazing and excellent I implore him to evaluate his staff and only hire ones who represents his office as well as he cares for his patients. I feel pity for the ones who have to deal with this type of behavior when they are in need of care."

"Worst experience ever, the staff was rude and the old man couldn't see or hear and would pretend to go through the motions of giving an exam. When checking the ears he never even pointed the otiscope into the ear canal and completely missed my toddlers ear infection. I had to get a second opinion and found out he had a horrible infection that required immediate antibiotics or it would have required tubes in his ears. The younger doctor isn't so bad but everyone in the office is very rude and even hung up on me during an important phone call. Would recommend learning from the internet and treating yourself before ever going to this place. Hope this saves someone from unneeded untreated illnesses."
