"Excellent service! My family and I were leaving to go on a cruise same day and due to board the ship at 11:30am on a Sunday. We made the appointments on Saturday afternoon to get our Covid tests because the tests that we took before traveling we could not use because it was more than 2 days before boarding. So in a panic looking for a place to get new tests in a hurry we found Fast Test Now and it was truly fast. Our appointments were for 8am and the lady was on time and very fast. We had our results in about 30 minutes and we were able to arrive at the port ahead of schedule. This place saved our trip."

"We arrived at a scheduled time. The appointment took less than 15 minutes (2 adults and 3 children, the youngest were four years old). The staff were extremely kind and professionally did their job, with an excellent attitude to children. The results were sent to my e-mail in less than 30 minutes. Strongly recommend."

"Disappointing experience with Fast Test Now in South Beach. We arrived slightly early for our 12.30pm appointments to find a note on the front door saying they (the staff) would be back at 1.15pm. When my partner approached some staff at the rear of the building to advise we had appointments confirmed for 12.30pm he was simply told 'no appointments at 12.30pm come back for 1.15pm'. When we returned later to have our tests done the check in process & test itself was quick & straightforward. We had paid $89 each for rapid antigen tests with results in 15 minutes, the 15 minutes being stated on our confirmation emails. The appointment reminder emails sent to us thereafter suddenly doubled that to 30 minutes. This wasn't a great difficulty for us albeit not as described when we paid. Despite this, my own test result didn't arrive until 2hrs and 45 minutes later. My partner's result didn't arrive at all meaning we had to incur additional transport costs making a return trip to the test centre to ask what was happening, over 4 & a half hours later. This followed an entire afternoon of us trying to find public wifi to keep checking our emails. When we went back we were not the only people who were there to say they hadn't received results hours later. The lady who assisted us was able to send the result to my partner within a few minutes so it's unclear what had caused the delay. For the price, & given the nature of the service being paid for, I would expect the service to stick to the booked times & provide the results either on or close to the time described & not to have to chase results for an entire afternoon."
