"DO NOT GO TO THE PRACTICE. Lengthy review but do not disregard. Their customer service is not what you would expect from a provider's office. My mother has been a patient of Dr Cuello for years, even when he was in practice with another provider, Dr Cuello left the Miami Beach location. When he returned, my mother went back to see him. My mother moved out of town and decided to continue services with the provider because the provider assured her, she would be well taken care of anytime she had an issue. ALL LIES. Each time I've had to call to get things resolved for my mother, it's taken weeks, even months. Her vein provider requested a MRI which the office had to submit for approval. I get a call from the MRI establishment the day before that it has to be canceled because they never received the approval. I called Libnis at the office and was informed it was denied because of no recent office notes with Dr Cuello mind you, they have ALL doctors notes from the vein provider with the MRI order. Fine, we scheduled a telehealth appt with Dr Cuello, still over a month later, my mother is sitting down waiting for a call. I've asked for a home health aide since January, nothing. A life alert device that Caesar (the Simply health care rep) said she was entitled, nothing. I even was on the phone with a rep from Simply for over 2 hours (I filed a complain with her and she agreed) trying to get everything resolved and I'm STILL waiting for any resolution. The office manager Tatiana is useless. She's always at another location so when I call that location, she's in an all day meeting. Meetings for what? Not to make the customer service any better, that's for sure. I've emailed Varielys, Susana, Libnis, and Tatiana various times and NOTHING. The ONLY one that is interested in helping is Trixie, no one else. This is appalling, disgusting, and very frustrating. My mother is not a spring chicken, she has various health issues, and for a long time patient to be discarded in this manner is sad. I've worked in the medical field and try to be as understanding as possible because unfortunately everywhere is understaffed but THIS unacceptable when it comes to someone's health."

"I absolutely loved Dr. Susana and Dr. Ana, but this office is absolutely terrible. They do not make you feel comfortable and that you are a priority in any sense. They do not answer the phone, they do not care about the patients, etc. it’s truly unfortunate with such amazing doctors that the office is so terrible. Can’t find a good thing to say about them. Looking for a new office immediately."

"I really liked Dr Armas, she was thorough; however, it took 6 weeks and several phone calls for me to get my bloodwork results. They don't answer the phone, they don't return voicemails, the online portal is broken so if u cancel an appointment there it won't matter. I had 3 telemed visits scheduled over 2 days to review my results and the Dr never called. Horrible follow up, horrible patient support."

"I was lucky to find Dr. Gonzalez maybe 10 years ago, back when her practice was located at Mount Sinai, and she has been my PCP ever since. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and also attentive and kind. She is a rarity among doctors, in my experience--she always listens carefully and has never rushed through any of my appointments. She takes her time and explains things thoroughly, and I really appreciate that she doesn't try to push unnecessary pills or medication. She's been available for telehealth consultations during the pandemic, which was a huge help for me a couple of weeks ago. I can't speak for the other doctors at Alma Medical Group, as I've never visited with them, but Dr. Gonzalez is a gem. If you go in person: the office is a converted little house on Alton Road, small but cozy, and there are some dedicated parking spaces (though not many) out front."
