"This place is probably the worst practice I have ever heard of. My partner has been waiting for a whole month to get her results read to her and she was told she can’t pick it up Until a dr reviews is and so far has rescheduled since early November to see her telling me that the dr is now sick and can’t make her December 29 appointment. For a third Reschedule. My partner is sick. That’s the reason why they are coming to you.. It’s unbelievable, and so negligent as a practice to prolong someone’s results not even allowing them to pics the up to take it to another doctor or specialist bc this phantom doctor needs to review it. This is totally unacceptable unbelievably Unprofessional the lack of care and consideration Dr Magalie samspon has and her team. How can you reach out to me she. You don’t have my number to contact me … hello."

"This practice is performing as if they are in the 1960s. The staff is incompetent and lack compassion. They are so backwards they send all diagnostic referrals via central mail. And if you refuse to have it sent by mail, it takes them days to weeks to provide a physical copy of a referral Smh. I doubt if they have an EMR system. The doctor and his uneducated staff would rather you go to the ER to receive treatment instead of being a real primary care physician office and advocating for the patient. If you’re stuck in your old ways of how to run your practice, then you need to retire it is 2023 with the technology and the advancement of the healthcare system. There is no reason why patients should be treated this way and be given the runaround when it comes to their health. I must say, I am very disappointed and disgruntled about this practice."

"Extremely unprofessional. Called to make an appointment so I can get a check up (have not had one in 3 years) plus my shoulder and arm looked at because of pain and the employee there was very dismissive of my needs. First she tells me next appointment is for next year. I tell her that"s fine, I need to see a doctor plus there is no rush. She again interrupted me and flat out refused to hear me out. She advised me to go to an Urgent Care. So I just realized and told her that apparently she does not need my business or doesn't care. I hung up."
