"I have been a patient at Dr. Orcasita and Associates for many years. I LOVE Dr. Lilian Garcia she has been my doctor in the past and present. Dr. Garcia is a doctor who Truly Cares about her patients. She is very Personable and she Educates you about your condition and treatment. She takes time with you when needed. And, doesn't just rush through every visit. That being said, my husband and I are considering leaving the practice in the coming year. It's just been a Nightmare trying to communicate with Caremax office Staff, by phone. And, getting administrative needs taken care of. I really miss the Practice Manager Beverly, she was Professional and Friendly. She made sure patient's needs were a priority. She also, made the office Atmosphere feel very warm & welcoming. On a positive note, the Caremax pharmacy services are very efficient."

"Cero Start. Since Dr Oscarsita left and became Caremark is been a disaster. I’ve been for 5 years there even I move I travel almost 2 hr, now it pointless. It a terrible experience. You call and spoke to a Call center agent that don’t connect you with the “caremax 12” as they said for that location (so is a delay over other). All the previous staff is gone. Basically they only want people that has cold, sour through, low fever, cough, etc (the simple ones), when is something else even is not something big they recommended to go to Emergency/Urgent. The staff is rude as they doing you a favor getting on a spot for the day. I miss Dr Jose Oscarsita and Veronica. One disappoint over other. One piece of advise to someone looking for care, look on other place."

"Terrible experience, cherry picked care, impersonal. I was negative on a Friday tested positive for Covid on a Saturday requested a prescription for antivirals the pharmacy was supplying for free with Dr prescription and was denied because they wanted to charge me a televisit only to say they don’t recommend or prescribe antivirals leaving me to suffer a weak oh migraines, fatigue, and brain fog. Highly don’t recommend only there for exploitive profits not true care."

"Doctor Orcasita is no longer at this clinic and since then everything has become a hassle. Something as simple as getting a refill requires an in person visit nowadays. Dr. Orcasita was the best doctor in this clinic which he founded, he truly cared about his patients and was understanding, making things more flexible when needed."

If you come to this office, suddenly you become addicted to keep coming because you are treated with such care and professionalism that you might want all your family and friends to come here too, which is what I did. My entire family is seen in this office now. Dr. Orcasita's manners are impeccable as a human being so sweet, you suddenly think you have known him your all entire life and want him to manage all your problems. His experience as a doctor over 40 years make me feel at ease and he always has an answer for any of my concerns. If I need to be seen without an appointment the office staff and medical assistance makes the impossible, possible, always with a yes and a smile. They are simply a hidden Gem.
