"The doctor and nurses were phenomenal. They were extremely patient and took the time to explain all results and possible next steps. This visit was for my 84 yr old aunt. The only reason why I did not rate 5 stars because the check out process was extremely long, it took over 30 min to schedule next appointment. Additionally the checkout person left prior to completing transaction and did not inform her coworker. My aunt absolutely loves this office."
"Appointment was for 8:30 AM and I showed up at 8:15 AM. The office manager Ms. James saw me and greeted me by name and immediately asked if the phlebotomist was ready to attend to me. Walked me in and the young lady was quite courteous, professional and quite proficient in the practice of taking a person's blood. Very pleased with this center and have been treated exceptionally well over the years. Ms. Irma and Ms. Debbie are a real asset to this company."
