"This place is absolutely terrible. The women in the front office are extremely rude. I expect to be greeted, not glared at. Twice already I haven't gotten my results back. The first time I had to go BACK to the office to get my results, and I live far. This second time it's been almost 3 weeks worth of consistently trying to get my results and not being able to. They keep telling me they will call me on certain days, those days pass I get no call. The last thing they told me was that even after 2 weeks, they were still testing and that I would get my results in 5 days on a Friday. It is now the Monday after that Friday, and I haven't been contacted at all. Now, I can't even reach the office. The extension for results constantly tell me "inbox is full", and no one answers the other extensions. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. It is extremely nerve racking not knowing the condition of your health, I highly recommend finding a COMPETENT doctors office."

"The staff at the front desk have zero customer service skills. They are short worded and almost rude. One of the girls sat there playing on the phone while we stood at the desk staring at her, finally she looked up, only to tell us that someone would be back to help us after she returned from the restroom. Its hard to know how well the treatment is when you want to turn and run to a different medical practitioner from the beginning. Please work on attentiveness and ask your staff, would a smile and warm greeting kill you?"
