Her knowledge is just amazing and she was incredibly patient with my long list of questions. She took so much time with me and never made me feel rushed or that what I had to say was not important to her. I just feel so lucky to have her for my doctor."

"This is the worse primary care office I have ever had to deal with in life. You could literally be dying and even in death they won't help you. I absolutely HATE this place. As soon as I can change I will. They NEVER and I mean literally NEVER follow through on anything. The respond so late it's not even funny. I mean I strongly believe that I might be dead before they actually provide proper care. Weeks and weeks go by and somehow these grown adults don't get the concept of communication. If you have a choice RUN Do not pass go RUN."

"Let me say Susan Demar is awesome: My 85 year old mom loves her and she is thorough, understanding and a great clinician. However, the referral department and support staff is the worst that I have ever experienced. Thank god my mom has me to take care of this type of non caring attitude and service. You can call there for 3 days with no answer and when you do reach someone they either do the work incorrectly on not at all. Last week I tried reaching them for 3 days and finally reached someone on Friday. The referral was sent incorrect although I explained in detail what was needed. Appt on Monday and from 9am monday until 12noon no answer in the department. I had to drive there as my moms specialist appt was at 1:30 pm. The administrator helped me. Prescriptions faxed to them at 3pm on monday and today is friday with no response. I have been calling since yesterday and finally reached someone at 10am this morning. She had part of the prescription, could not find the other which I refaxed. She will get back to me asap. Started calling her at 3pm and it is now 5pm, office is now closed and no answer in department and voicemail is full. My mother will now have to be in pain for the entire weekend due to an office with a lack of compassion for their patients. This issue could be a lack of staffing; so maybe a corporate issue? I don't care. It is unacceptable and they should be mindful that I do not have 10 hours of my work time to use calling continuecare."

"No one answers the phone! When they finally answer the phone and listen to your concerns, they say they will handle it and then nothing gets done so you have to go in and get things done yourself and make a fuss. Horrible service! My grandma likes Dr. Gomez but the service is so bad that I am going to find her a new doctor. The administration needs a training on customer service and doing their job, especially doing what they say they will do ... like simply sending a fax to a pharmacy or making a referral. You should treat the patients as if it was your family member. They would never treat a family member with such horrible service. So frustrated that I had TIME TODAY to write this. Do not trust them with your elderly family members’ healthcare needs. They don’t follow through nor show genuine concern to help."
