"Our family has been going to this Walgreens for 9 years. The past year it has become unbelievably unorganized and we've encountered many employees to be not only apathetic in their jobs but it's as if they don't care if they tell you that a prescription will be in and it's not. On multiple occasions the online service says that our prescriptions have been filled and are ready for pick up only to find out that in fact they have not been filled. The average wait time when calling is over an hour long. I've been on hold for two hours more than once. The drive thru is just as bad. It makes me wonder what the heck has happened to this location. Does management even care. After a year of this poor customer service, I do believe it's time for us to look elsewhere."
