Her excellent recommendations got us set up with our pole system and we already have lots of birds visiting. We’ve expanded already with her guidance and branched out into different seeds. We enjoyed the bat presentation and now sit on our lanai watching our neighborhood bats come out each evening. Every staff member we’ve interacted with here is amazing but Rachel has that extra A+ personality that makes me excited to visit the store. Jason and Laura are excellent in helping you decide what you need, Poles and feeders are very sturdy and well made to last a long time. Always an enjoyable visit and they have everything you need along with a ton of knowledge about feeding wild birds. You can also order online but we love visiting their store.
