"So many great things to say about this place. They treat my husky Angel like if she was their own. Dr. Shaffer and his team are so caring and understanding. Angel had a big surgery and the team was there to help me with all the questions I had post surgery. Can't thank the team enough for all their support!"

"We’ve been bringing our family animals here for probably 10 years now. Dr. Woodby is sincere and to the point, he is a genuine veterinarian and very knowledgable. The office staff and techs are always super sweet and kind. My little girl was coughing, and showing signs of being sick - I was able to get her an appointment within two hours! Very happy as usual with this office. I’ve referred multiple friends/family & will continue to do so!"

"Calusa Crossing Animal Hospital. They have no hart don’t care about your pet or yourself. Well something happen to my pet and it really scared me. And most likely it would also scar you! My dog got some skin fudges and patch of fur was falling of his face. Terrifying to see this!! Now I called Calusa Crossing Animal Hospital. Letting them know what was going on. They just brush me like dust in the wind. I told them my dog was in pain. “” We can’t do nothing for you we are full of appointments”” The Reception lady told me. HAY GUESS WHAT THE OTHER ANIMAL HOSPITAL ALSO WAS FULL OF APPOINTMENTS!! BUT THEY TOOK ME IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To top all this up. I had an appointment 2 day before this happen with them. I had to run and look for another hospital. Thank God I found an animal hospital that cares about animals and people. I was a customer there. With my other dog named Maya. Please choose wisely your animal hospital. It may not happen today but it could happen tomorrow."

"Where do I begin. My darling Mary Jane (MJ) terrier who is 14 years, woke up with an injured swollen eye. I contacted a few vets and all said they couldn’t take in that morning. I called Callusa Crossing and Maria was able to fit me in. I told her I needed to be back to work by 11:30am. From the moment I came they took MJ to the exam room and was greeted by Zack. He was very kind and came right down to MJ’s level to look at her eye. He listened and explained every step. Dr. Courtney was very gentle with Mj and explained her condition thoroughly to me. He made me feel comfortable and gave me a treatment plan. He gave me hope that MJ will heal. The center is so clean, they are all professional. Mj had a slight accident while they drew her blood and one of the young lady techs brought her to me cleaned up. They are all so caring and you can trust them. Finally found an excellent vet that I can trust and are reasonable and thorough in them examining MJ. If your looking for a caring, professional staff, clean environment, and they listen to you. Yes I was out of there just in time to get to work."

"My sweet healthy boy Coco, goes here for all his appointments, the office is very nice and friendly. His little sister Frvis, passed last week and the office made every step comfortable for us to take such harsh route as she was hypoglycemic and in pain. They even reached out through mail to give us their condolences. I have nothing but great things i can say about them, besides the fact that is very accessible since we’re neighbors from across the street. I want to thank the receptionists that make everything easy, as well as his Dr. Woodby. Coco’s instagram: @not.hotcocoa"
