"I've been a patient at this practice for five years, and from my initial encounter with Mercedes, I felt confident that I had chosen the perfect place for my healthcare needs. Mercedes has been a vital figure in guiding me through the journey of managing my health, starting from my lowest medical point to where I am now – a content, physically and mentally healthy individual. The staff at this facility is exceptional, showing genuine concern for their patients. They consistently follow up on messages via the AdventHealth portal and phone calls. Whenever I've been admitted to the hospital, they proactively reach out to check on me after my release, demonstrating their commitment to my well-being. I've never felt like just another patient; their attentiveness is crucial to me because, like many others, my health is my top priority, and they make me feel that it's important to them as well."

"I've nvr seen Mercedes since my last annual exam last year so they referred me to Randall. It took me months to get an appointment for a sick visit but I finally got one! Luz, the nurse who took my vital signs & did my preliminary test(or whatever u call it) was amazing!! She made me feel like family! She made my day better!! It feels like I've spoken to a psychiatrist that day! Hah! Randall is exceptional! He was very patient explaining to me the effects of steroids & non steroidal medication!! I hope all the medication he prescribed will make me feel better!! I just want to say thank you to both of them!! Amazing team!! Can't wait to see Mercedes in April! Love u guys!!"

"Their ineptitude cost my wife and I to lose our Moderna vaccine appointments. They had several days to simply sign off on our forms and they screwed it up. It was impossible to even get those appointments, but they can't be bothered to help their patients. Carmen was rude and defensive when I called and they seem to operate on a policy not dictated by the CDC or the recommendations of the state. This used to be a good office to work with, but it's disappointed us for the last time."

"Mercedes has always been great. The staff is also great. Never felt like Dr Badman could remember me though I’ve been a patient for a very long time. Also feels like AdventHealth has made this and other offices into a business focused enterprise. Just trying to figure out a bill or talk to someone takes a lot of effort since everyone seems understaffed. Getting blood work done was also depressing, only one person working for some reason.. probably to save money. Just my thoughts as a long time patient, currently no longer since moved out of state. Update to response: I'm not going to email you privately but I will update on what it is like to try and figure out a bill with you all.. I have called 3 different times and had to wait 15 minutes each time to leave a message.. I was unable to answer the 2 call backs I received which forces me to call the line again and wait. Guess you have one person doing billing? or this is on purpose so people just pay the bills? Not sure but I'm glad to no longer be a patient. Where I am at now has way better service and I'm happy for the change. Just sent another portal message to see what happens and if I can go back to the original amount I owed before you all did a price increase which I incurred do to running my insurance again. Very frustrating experience that I would like others to know about before choosing AdventHealth as a provider for primary care."

"I cannot tell you how many times this office and their fabulous staff have come through for myself and my daughter. Whether she needs something important before she leaves for college--or they help with last minute refills or other needs--everyone is always so kind and compassionate. They go above and beyond every single time! Virtual visits have been great but when things get back to normal, the over an hour drive is still worth it!!"
