"I decided to drive up to Proper Sausage from SoBe because I kept seeing its burger listed as one of the best in Miami. Parking was super easy AND free (big if you live in Miami) around the corner from the store. I walked right in and was helped immediately. I talked to the gentleman and told him I came for the burger. He said that I had to try the steak sandwich while I was there. I ordered my sandwich and bought a seltzer (amazing) and wandered around the area for about 15 minutes, waiting for it to be ready. I grabbed the sandwich and sat on the bench outside, ripe with anticipation and hunger! This sandwich is legit one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Soft, fresh roll, tender perfectly cooked steak tip, aoli, and red onions... each flavor and texture complimented one another. If you are a sandwich aficionado, you have to get yo Proper Sausage for a steak sandwich!"
