"Terrible service. The checkout counter didn't know how to process a return. She called her manager and instead of helping me, the manager told her to deal with it and went to help other customers. I took my items and left to go to a different Walgreens."

"Better off pretending this pharmacy doesn't exist. I just spent 45 minutes calling (it rings, they put me on hold, rings, they put me on hold, and this happens over and over again until they suddenly just end the call). This also isn't the first time I am unable to get through with a phone call. They also have back order issues. Maybe they just need more staff? I don't know but don't expect any type of fast service here."

"This pharmacy has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever used. My doctor has been trying to prescribe a medication for me since 9am today. I called two times, nothing. Another provider tried calling the prescription in, and again when I called NOTHING. They didn’t have it. I got the phone hung up on me 3 times while I was on hold for over 20mins. I am pregnant and really needed the medication. I have been dealing with this all day and now they are about to close and I could not get my medication. This is unimaginable the terrible service. This is NOT the first time this happened. Another time I took THREE days to get my thyroid medication because no one knew “where the prescription was”. This was the last straw, I am never coming here again."

"I don’t know why a Passport photo 2 X 2 inches is $ 14.99 per set of two (4 sq. In. Total) and a Poster 16 X 20 is $15.99 (320 sq. in.). Furthermore my waiting time was around 20 min to get attention"
