"I have a one and ten month boxer. She was diagnosed with blood cancer at eight months old. She had a blood cyst on her right side. She was operated by ANOTHER VETERINARY, which did not do a proper incision. (A lousy job). It would open up and bleed constantly. They tried to fix it and failed. A friend recommended Dr. Eduardo Garcia at Westwood. He had been a miracle worker. THE BEST! Mind you, my dog has had cancer and pancreatitis. He is very knowledgeable and had been an angel for my dog. She is doing wonderful. I trust him COMPLETELY. We are blessed to have found him."

"I had other Veterinary experiences, but I cannot compare with the amazing service that I receiving from Dr. Eduardo Garcia and his entire staff. Dogs have a good perception regarding people and Olivia is always happy when she walks into this clinic, if she is happy, I am happy too. Olivia was spayed here and the experience was excellent!. "Please don’t go base your decision on the positive or negative reviews. Instead, ask someone that you know that has dogs/cats which veterinary they used and go with that solid reference of someone that you know. I took my Yorkie that was pooping blood yesterday there. The Vet talks to you for a couple of minutes and then sends the assistant with the estimate. In my case it was over $300 to do several tests. I asked her can we do a couple and if they are negative, we will do the others. Assistant said let me ask the Doctor and they did it. Of course the first two were negative and they did the remainder of the tests. The Doctor said most of the levels were good and only two were out of range and that it may be some colitis (or something to that effect). After the test, the assistant came back, and the plan with the tests now over $600. The plan included several injections around $50/each or so each, which by the way, were not done in front of me. Moreover, it included 3-4 additional medications. So far, my dog has a lot less energy than what he had when I brought him in and is acting very lethargic. While I was waiting in the lobby another lady went to pay her bill and for what I heard it was over $500. My daughter’s mom paid for the yearly plan before she gave me the dog. At this point, I don’t even care that the dog has another few months left on the plan. Personally, I do not have any confidence on this vet/clinic. However, you might feel differently. Per the aforementioned, don’t base your decision on reviews, just check with someone that you know and trust and go with a vet they are happy with. I can’t make my review more objective than what I’ve made it. I also recommend you read the reviews from the lowest ratings. I’m not the only bringing up the issue with all the tests.."
