"Horrible place to go My child at I’m was suffering from a small case of pneumonia and upper respiratory infection and the staff was very nonchalant about filling it didn’t want to call the insurance and clear the cost and also told me they did not take my child’s insurances when infant did My cold thought all that started losing oxygen and her lips was turning blue when all of this could of been avoided The worst place EVER CVS would NEVER‼️"

"Zero customer service at the pharmacy. I can tell they are understaffed and really busy, but you just stand at the pickup window and they completely ignore you. Not even a “be with you in a minute”, or at least, “just wanted to let you know there is a wait.” Nope, they just walk by saying nothing, and keep getting on the phone. After 5+ minute of being ignored, I just left. This is not the first time."

"Horrible pick up experience. Store never sent email or text that the order was ready, found out because I searched the app. Went into the store, stood at the pick up sign, no help, employee chatting to the cashier that was working about personal matters. When I asked for help she said to wait and kept talking. After few minutes I asked again if someone could help, she sent me to photos which by the way no one was there. The cashier then said to make the check out line (after seeing me waiting on the pick up line for over 5 minutes)so he could help me. Zero customer service and disorganized. Deleting the Walgreens app and switching to CVS."

"I’m currently sitting in the drive-thru line at the pharmacy. I’m stuck because I can’t leave the line since there are cars both in front and behind me. It’s been over 30 minutes, and when I arrived there were only two cars in front of me. It takes so long. They have terrible customer service. They’re never prepared. They’re never on time. They have to be the worst pharmacy in all of Miami. If I could give them a -5 star rating, I would!!"

"Pharmacy is the worst! The wait it always so long, just to pick up your prescription. They never answer the phone when you call, if they do its only to put you on hold over and over and over again. I called a few times to ask about a prescription, and have been put on hold for upwards of an hour before I ended up calling the store and asking to speak to a manager. There's no reason why the customer service should be this terrible. On top of it, the staff is super loud when they read out your prescription, which has to be some sort of HIPPA violation. I've been in line waiting to pick up and can clearly hear them discussing a prescription with the person at the counter ahead of me. And I do not like the way they ask for you to recite your address in front of a whole line of people, and act like they can't hear when you try to tell them quietly so everyone else can't hear your business. And lastly, the staff I've interacted with get an attitude if you don't speak Spanish to them. It's insane. I hate coming to this Walgreens."
