"Today 8/23/23 I was there for a colonoscopy, they scheduled me for 6 am, because I called to find out the time, they did not inform me anything else, I had already spoken with the doctor the day before about the preparation and they had me sitting in the lobby until 9 am because I asked to speak with a supervisor, they passed on to the entire group at that time, they explained to me that they had been late with me because I had not answered the nurse's call the day before, a call that they never made, I felt very bad and mistreated by a nurse who works in the conolospia room because when I explained to her that they did not make the call she said yes, that they called each other three times and left voice messages, it was never like that, she told me well ma'am, we are not going to get there like that He turned his back on me and walked away, very bad attention on his part and making me responsible for his bad work!!"
"OMG! Run for the hills. If it is not their network with Simply then they are like turtles to get a referral. I feel sorry for the seniors that are manipulated to use their network instead of waiting on a referral. I wanted to talk to the person in charge of the referrals and the representative said she did not know her name. I asked for the headquarters number so I can talk to them and she said you are calling the main office but I don't know the name. Is that possible? The rep works in the same building and does not know the name of the person that signs the referrals. The lesson learned avoid health care that want to force you to use their own network and not the doctor of your choice."
