"I have a great Doctor Kremer and his nurse Norma. However the office side of this practice is horrible. In person they are very kind. However if you are need of a referral they get busy with that 1 week before your next doctor's appt. After asking for a different specialist due to sitting in a office for 3.5 hours and the doctor was not even there. Convivial office side waited another month plus and made me an appt at the same exact place without my permission. I found this out the day before appt by text. I canceled. After contacting Conviva being hung up on 3 separate times by obviously unprofessional staff I was told we can refer you but you have to call and answer 21 questions. So? I have taken a cat scan 3 times. The same one. Hopefully 3 times is a charm and this one has not been lost in the lack of non professional office staff. I would certainly like to speak with the office mangers supervisor as the office manager is trying to charge me co pays for repeating test they continue to lose. Convivas testing center seems to have the same unpredictable non professional offi"

"I am a new patient at Conviva, and the care I have received thus far has been wonderful. Ana Maria at the front desk, in particular, has provided the most marvelous customer service. She goes above and beyond for her patients and you can tell she truly cares. Dr. Sanchez is also a great doctor. Not your regular physician! He dedicates his time to you, asks about your habits and routines, and looks for the cause of your problems and not just treats symptoms by writing prescriptions. Love this office!"

"I accompanied my husband to this center for a Covid vaccine yesterday afternoon as he is highly allergic and was quite apprehensive about being vaccinated. We were both very impressed by the clinic itself as well as its personnel. The doctors, nurses and staff were professional and very attentive. They not only answered all our questions but made us feel at ease and very comfortable. Happy to report that my husband has had no side effects. We wholeheartedly recommend this center for its professional and very caring staff."

"I was given the J&J vaccine earlier this week and I want to say that not only is the clinic clean with a very soothing feel but the staff (nurses, doctors and the entire staff) were all very pleasant.
