From our first phone call we received nothing but compassion and sympathy. When we arrived they took us to a room that was made to bring as much comfort as possible during such a difficult time. "It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. Everyone was extremely compassionate and caring as we made a difficult choice about our beloved kitty Coco. The facility was clean, well run, and organized. Only downside in our situation was the gal that took care of paper was so chipper and happy, I could not take it. Her behavior was insensitive, given our kitty being put down. I do recommend them and we will use them again with our other pets. RIP Coco"
"Our twelve year old wirehaired pointing griffon's health went down fast over this past weekend and we did not know what to do. Decided to take her Sunday morning, with family in tow, to see if their Doctor would see her and let us know if it was time to let her go. They took her right in and confirmed it was time. They made this difficult process go very well and we appreciated them and their kind service. She liked carrying fallen branches to our back door so picked this picture."
"We took our Cat ( Kit-Cat) into UrgentVet because we thought her paw was broken and she had laid around for 2 days. Thanks to the amazing Vet he found the real problem, it was a Cyst on her side that we didn't even see. If he hadn't seen the real problem we truly believe she might not be with us. She had an infection the entire time not a hurt paw. We can't Thank him enough. It was after hours and the day after Thanksgiving so for all of them to be there and helping us was such a Blessing. Kit -Cat is doing great and every time we see her we say Thank goodness for UrgentVet and the staff. We have used them before and we highly recommend this place. If you want your Fur Baby to get great care and top notc Veterinarians this is the place. Kit-Cat says they are the Best."
