"Hate writing this review as I have always loved this place and recommended it to friends and family but not anymore. My girlfriend stopped in to ask about next steps for flea treatment for our new kitten we get in 2 days and was laughed at by the front desk. She was then lectured for the cat that isn't ours yet not being vaccinated. Haven't had an experience like this in the past but when 2 people at the front desk can't keep thing professional it's a bad look."
