"Never answer the phone, took 4 months to get a cpap study and machine because they would answer my special when they requested the orders.they Had me take 4 blood test and not once did they call to go over results and concerns had to reach out to them for everything. Still never found out why I had to take 4 blood tests. Dropped them and had to go else ware. I do recommend them at all."

"My dad had told me that he had a bad experience with waiting time. He had an appointment at 8Am and got attended at 11:30am. I didn’t want to believe it and thought they were just having a busy day (and this was before Covid-19. I’m currently waiting and haven’t been attended. My appointment was at 8:45am. Got here at 8:25Am in hopes I wouldn’t have the same experience as my dad. It is now 10:30Am & I have not been seen. This is terrible. They asked me for my co-payment right as i walked through the door. If it weren’t for having already paid, I would have walked out. Don’t recommend. If only they knew that this is what drives people away. Customer service!!!"

"Two stars for ease and availability of appointments however once you get in there neither the doctor or the NP are very attentive, they don’t seem to really listen or care about patient concerns (I know several people who have the same complaint). Dr. Jennifer was great but she’s no longer with the practice and they lost the most competent person when she left. We’ve also had difficulty with getting prescriptions refilled. Hate to leave this review, but I’ve had it."
