"Went there yesterday to buy a gift card for my son, I bought a Vanilla Visa card that was defective from the factory, it was missing the last 4 digits on the front and missing the security code on the back. A very sincere and heartfelt thank you, to Katrina and Roy for going above and beyond to help me after a tough day at work. Not all heroes wear capes. This CVS is always clean and provides my family and I with great service but yesterday, they truly outdid themselves and I have a greater appreciation for this CVS and especially for Katrina and Roy. Wishing everyone at this CVS, a very healthy and happy holiday season."

"The staff running the clinic are egregiously ignorant to how a clinic should be ran. Rude, inconsiderate, and incompetent to serve their patients with any amount of kindness. If you are ill, seek treatment elsewhere because there is nothing these people can do for you."

"What a nightmare! Attacked by a dog in the store! I could not believe the staff was so clueless as to how to handle the situation! I will never shop at CVS again! Speechless as how they were clueless as to how to handle! A emotional support dog is not a service dog nor should the handler offer to let customers I line pet th dog! Disgusting!!!"

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. They incorrectly filled my prescription (with the wrong medication), were rude about it and blamed the doctor's office. I listened to the pharmacist banter with the other employees and as a business owner I can tell you she is the problem and should be fired. She is aggressive (told me to sit down and wait), unprofessional and does not need to be in a position of leadership. Thank goodness the incorrect medication they gave me was not dangerous."

"The staff at this CVC are very rude. This morning I went to pick up my medications, they notified me that my health plan does not accept CVS but that Walgreens does. They suggested that I go to Walgreens and that they make the arrangements to call to make the transfer, this was around 10 am. I went to Walgreens and told them about the situation, they told me there was no problem and they would contact CVS. Around 1:20 pm I called Walgreens to find out the status of the medications and that I need them urgently because I am asthmatic and need my inhaler. Walgreens told me that they called CVS told them they couldn't make the transfer until after 2pm because they were very busy. I called 2;40 pm to CVS to find out if they have transferred my prescription, a young lady answers me and I ask her if anyone speak spanish, the girl told me "bye" and hung up on me. I called again and a man answered, I tried to speak my english, which is not perfect, explaining the situation and the guy didn't even let me speak and answered me in such a pedantic and rude way. I will never go back to that CVS, it is super close to my house but I prefer to drive further away."
