"I needed amox for a severe strep infection.my original pharmacy did not have the stock so the prescription was transferred here.i called at 6 pm and was promised that i could pick it up in 20 mins.my husband somehow fought traffic reached there and asked for the pres at 7.02pm.the pharmacist flatly refused and said we are closed.come tomorrow!i mean she was still there and could have handed it over.but no!now i am sitting with my baby in my lap to get it at 9 am tomorrow!how very kind!"
"I have been a longtime customer of CVS and I can honestly say I have never been a fan of "picking up my meds" for many reasons. However, This particular location is absolutely remarkable. I literally have bragged about it on my social media. When I have had to call the phone it never rings more than 3times, the customer service has always been exemplary, I am treated as a individual not just another "customer on meds" many of the Ladies even know my name, truly makes a difference! They are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my prescriptions are prepared accurately and efficiently. They proactively explain to me helpful information, and they would call my doctors promptly whenever necessary. They always make me feel welcome when I arrive, and confident when I leave. That is why this is my favorite pharmacy."
