"I am not quite sure what happened to professianolism, punctuality and good old fashioned customer service. I made an appointment at 10:50 am at their Minute Clinic and 30 minutes later, nobody has yet to come and check in on us. When I inquired from a store associate about some assistance because we have yet to be seen, I was told ' it will take as long as it takes'!! Unacceptable. What's the point of appointments if they mean nothing? Don't come to this location."

"Terrible customer service. Ordered photos, their machine was down and they were never printed after. Managers provided no help, wouldn’t even provide basic customer service and speak to me directly, just referred me to the 800# which I spent nearly an hour navigating refunds. I will drive out of my way to go to Walgreens at this point then give them my business."

"I work for cvs/aetna and I used to work in the publix pharmacy in the past and I wish I could say I could give my experience with cvs pharmacy as a whole a better experience. It’s terribly difficult to EVER get anyone on the phone to fill anything, my account to refill things online is all messed up and it doesn’t sync with my account on my app and so I can never refill anything. I can’t call and refill things so I basically have to go in. I had an urgent prescription once that they didn’t fill…. Because “they needed to contact the doctor for a 90 day” when it was only for a 5 day supply. Why didn’t they call me or fill it cash and worry about it when I came in to pick me up. Idk but it screwed my whole fertility cycle up. Wasting my time and money. I am so frustrated with cvs pharmacy as a whole. I only write this review after countless frustrating experiences with them."
