"If you want to go on vacation and you want your pet to be well cared for, then book them a stay at Panacea Pet Resort. These folks really know how to treat their guests. My dog, Scut LOVES going there. His face just lights up when we arrive. He knows he is going to be "on vacation"!!! They truly love animals and they tailor their care for the benefit of the dog. We received photos while we are gone and it makes us feel so confident that he is enjoying himself as much as we are. We are so grateful that Panacea Pet Resort is available to us. "I think that sometimes when things start to spring out of control and people are not thinking straight things are said they don’t really mean especially when it comes to bills and money. I know that there is always ups and downs in any customer relationship. I have nothing negative to say about the service here. My dogs love everyone here and they all love my dogs. They took amazing care both of my Great Danes. They even gave them baths and cut their nails. I would only suggest being full aware of the cost prior to leaving your dogs. I would even suggest to the owner doing half when dropped off and half when picked up that way the terms are completely clear to both parties. Great place. I highly recommend."
