"I have been a patient here for years. I called to make an appointment and was told I was discharged from the practice. No explanation as to why?! When I contacted the administration office (number they give on the negative reviews) was told it was an error and they would fix it and get back with me. Never heard back and still unable to schedule. The customer service representatives that answer are extremely rude and no one in office management seems to return calls. Please read the reviews before trusting PPC with your healthcare!"

"Although Dr Amanda Danley was absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and understanding PCP, I would NOT recommend this office, the staff is incompetent. I went in for new patient visit back in February, provided my insurance and even paid a $25 copay. Only to receive a bill of $366 a month later. I didn't think much of it because I've received medical bills before and typically the insurance is handling it in the back end. After receiving several bills I called the office and was told that the insurance I had was inactive; turns out they had my old insurance on file. I offered to provide my new insurance and was told I would still have to pay. I then called my insurance who then called the billing dpt who EXTREMELY RUDE and refuses to send the insurance the claim to be paid off. So basically, the insurance was not ran at the time of service and the copay was just an assumption. To make matters worse, I was told from both the billing dpt and my insurance, to let go to collections then file the claim with the insurance; come to find out, the "collections dpt" is also the billing dpt holding the bill hostage, with the only option to pay them. I just really hope Dr. Danley realizes the damage this office is doing to her reputation when she is indeed amazing and chooses to move offices."

"This place is a joke. Dr. Traiger is probably the worst primary care physician I’ve ever had. He’s rude and condescending. When you go see him he’s dismissive and can’t wait to get out of the room. It’s his only goal. I’ve had 3 appts in a row cancelled without any reason given. We’ve decided to change practices. Never had to do that in my life. I wish I could give Dean and his office 0 stars."

"Wont send prescription for a doctors visit for a severe stomach issue to my pharmacy they perscribed called twice nothing. Unbelievable! This happened last yr two took almost a week of begging. Contemplating on going to the emergency room or urgent care"
