"I would leave half a star if I could. I've never had any problems with this pharmacy until now. My 5 year old needed her antibiotics which they were out of. Instead of calling me to let me know they wouldn't have it until tomorrow, they didn't call at all. I called there and spoke to one lady who told me to call a different pharmacy and if they had it they could transfer the prescription. Done. I called back to inform them of this and someone else who answered the phone told me they couldn't do it; that that pharmacy would have to call them to get it. I'm not sure why these people aren't on the same page but I guarantee you I will make sure everyone I know avoids this pharmacy and uses a better one. One that can get on the same page with all of their employees. So needless to say, I had to call the ER to have them send over the prescription to the new pharmacy. Oh. And they wouldn't even let me come and pick up the prescription to take it somewhere else."
