"The Pharmacist was very helpful when I ran out of my meds. I take pain management medication. Most pharmacies do not like to keep extras on hand but it does decrease theft. I was in a bad way and was getting sicker by the minute. She didn't have the medication on hand and it would be too late to order it in time. She went out of her way to contact another cvs further away and they had it. She then called my Doctor to explain a way to move forward quickly. She was able to have my doctor send my medication which is a triplicate form controlled to the other pharmacy. It was really incredible. I would have had to go to the emergency room. She coordinated all of that on top of her regular job. Anyone who has worked with the public in a sales environment knows how nasty people can be to workers. That's the customer people avoid. If just one person a day thanked the people that serve them big and small it would make a huge difference. Just some kindness. People come into stores already mad at someone like a spouse or a child and they take it out on the person on the other side of counter that is wrong. Be sweet. You can get more results by being kind and sweet versus being sour like vinegar. You will never get the results you want. Be genuine."

"A family member left their bottle of medication in another city. The pharmacist was gracious enough to take the time to listen to our situation and came up with a solution to get the needed medication to our family member in a timely manner. We are grateful for people who take the time to understand and help when it really mattered."

"If I could put a negative star I would; the women that assists the Head Pharmacist, who is very disrespectful, the women are very rude and have poor customer service.First of all, i showed up 20-30 minutes before the drive thru would be closed which was ample time to obtain my prescription, as i approached the window, a woman who looks to be of Asian Indian decent, tells me "We are closed",I then attempt to explain her "i have been waiting for a while, is there anyway you could just look up if my prescription is there",she then sighed in disapproval but i ignored. She explain my insurance didn't comply with CVS, so i left.I called another day asking her how i could obtain my prescription, and she then told me the correct steps, after i told her how hurt i was about how she treated me that night and she consistently yelled SORRY so i would stop expressing how i felt.I called another day requesting to speak to her and was put on hold without being prompted by a young lady with black hair,The Asian Indian woman then picked up and i continue to ask about my prescription and was put on hold once again put on hold without being prompted.A lovely man then picked up the phone where he found out that the Indian lady has sent my prescription to another store, but retrieved it kindly, which I thank him for.If i were you i would stay far away from this CVS pharmacy if you want to keep the rest of your day positive, also this is my first ever review which tells you how horribly i feel about the pharmacy at this CVS."
