"Everything is perfect except for the café. Ryle is extremely slow. While others are doing their best, she is extremely slow and I think she does it on purpose. Unfortunately she is the cashier and every body has to wait for her. Please do something. I did a line 45 minutes just for a slice of pizza and all the pizzas where done waiting for Ryle to deliver. Please do something. It is not fair with your customers. Specially for older people."

"Me and my mother come to Sam's cuz we get good deals. I think the best part about this place is you can buy in bulk they also have clothing a good deals you can even buy a cell phone if you need to. It's like a One-Stop shop you can get some bomb Pizza and you could get a frozen yogurt. Only 1.18. you can't beat that. And the customer service is so great. Thank you for the great customer service. Me and my Mama went to Sam's club today and we had picked up some of them great chickens they have in the back of the store. They are twice as big as Walmart and twice as big as Publix. It's worth the membership just for the price you pay for the chicken is not even the same price not only is it bigger it's a lower price. And it's absolutely delish. So this is how we save money I go and get me a $5 chicken I cut it up and I put it on salads throughout the entire. Its low-cost and it's a great addition and it's healthy. We also stopped and got some of their frozen yogurt this time I tried the vanilla with the berries oh yeah that's definitely a great snack. Not to mention their three meat pizzas and all their other pizzas you can't beat it for the price and then they have giant hot dogs as well. You've got great customer service you've got great products throughout the entire store. Thanks for the great experience I always have coming to Sam's club. Oh wait a minute I forgot the gas prices to. They beat everyone in town so if you going to fill up go fill up at Sams"

"I recently visited Sam's Club in Ocala, FL and needed to make a return. Although the worker at the counter was polite and helpful, the return process took longer than expected. The store seemed well-stocked, but unfortunately, a few items on my list were out of stock. Additionally, it could have been cleaner. The pharmacy staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the checkout process was slower than usual, and the line to exit the store was outrageous due to only one person scanning receipts at the door, causing it to take much longer than necessary. Overall, while the staff was friendly and helpful, the store needs improvement in terms of cleanliness and efficiency.
