"We always go to medical here and they have been nothing but wonderful specially Dr. Kelly However this rating is for Dental only. I don’t know what’s going on with them, starting from their attitudes and to the miscommunication they have. I went to schedule my son’s pending extraction procedure and they also wanted to schedule his sealants. I told them I didn’t want to schedule his sealant at this moment. They went ahead and scheduled his extractions and told me he was set for the extractions. My husband took my son today, and they were going to do his sealants when I spoke to the dentist on the phone she told me that the protocol is to do the sealants first then extraction. I told her that his appt today was extraction she said we do sealants first I told her that I do not want to do the sealants first, as he needs ortho treatment and the extractions are a priority now for his ortho treatment. She then tells me that I shouldn’t dictate what she has to do. I told her that I will take care of the sealants myself then she goes off by telling me that I can resume all treatment with another dentist. So I asked her is she refusing to give my son treatment she said that I was disrespectful because I was dictating what needs to be done. She kept talking about protocol which I get, but then she sends an after visit summary on my chart saying that I was yelling over the phone. If she wants to talk about protocol then why does she does an exam on a 5 year and a 6 year old without calling the guardian to the room. When I asked her that last visit that I should have been in the room she snapped at me and said that she already completed the exam and if I had any question I can ask her. ( she wanted to discuss my daughters treatment plan in the lobby). The assistants were standing there rolling their eyes specially that lead assistant. I don’t know what going on with that dental team. I will not return to them at all. They are condescending, not trained enough to deal with pts or pts service."

"Horrible third rate service. I visited this clinic in the beginning of October this year. When trying to get through for follow up for certain services, and calling leaving several messages, the calls are never returned. Also for financial assistance because I didn't have insurance at the time I started with Mr. Harold ( forgot the last name) and he was very attentive and willing to help in the beginning. I gave all the personal ID information such as driver's license, SS card, bank statements, etc. as needed. I have called and left messages with him to check the status. He always said he would call back. I have yet to be contacted again. I've even gone to another lady that is his department and she sent him an email for him to respond to check my status. To this date, the middle of November I have yet to hear back from him or any of the staff to follow up with the status of my case. Unbelievable!!!! I'm so done with this. It looks very bad for the clinic as it shows they don't care and very unprofessional!!! IT'S NOW JAN. 9TH 2024 & STILL NOTHING!!! ( The only person that was professional and caring in my experience was the receptionist, Latoya Carpenter) She deserves the only star⭐ rating!"

"Receptionist is extremely polite and has a great personality. Latoya Carpenter is an amazing provider. She is very attentive, kind, thorough and has wonderful bedside manners.She actually CARES about her patients which is a rare find now a days. The facility itself is very beautiful and well kept. The wait time is very minimal. Having a in house lab is very convenient. I would highly recommend the Tampa family health bears location."
