"I have an older dog with severe arthritis and I have kept checking in and asking them if they had the liberala shot, and they kept telling me they were on the waiting list. well I texted the vet today because I was told I could text her at any time and she literally screamed back at me that they can't afford the shot and to never text her again !! very very very very unhappy with this place. I have already transferred my dogs to another clinic where they have the shot. Every other vet has the shot but Happy acres they are lying and saying they are on a waiting list they're not on a waiting list. The truth is they cannot afford the shot. Just tell the truth that's all you had to do. Every other vet has it and my dog needed help so bad and they just lied about it! So I will never be going back to Happy acres again!!!!!"
