"My husband & I went in for our 1st appt; we're new to area. The office was very dirty. The Asian woman who was working wasn't wearing a mask; for a doctor's office during a pandemic, we were shocked and disturbed by this. She sat within 2 feet from another patient talking about some test. Before we even saw the doctor, we walked out! We'll find another/better primary doctor. Being that their Xmas decorations were still up, there was hardly any room to maneuver around. When calling our INS company, my husband told them about the condition of this 'office'. They were also upset about it and apologized for it. It's not their fault, but the fault of this doctor! I referred the woman w/o a mask, as Asian because she had no name tag stating who or what she was. And, the patient she was speaking to did not have a mask! The area for checking weight and BP offered no privacy. I didn't mind the holiday decor; there was just too much; I almost fell trying to get over them. I see the office is right on the ball; waiting 4 months to reply! Just don't bother."

"The nurse practitioner was very nice, however I was iffy about going on the medication. I was not aware that it is a controlled substance going into this and wanted to research it further. When I saw that it was given at the office and not picked up at the pharmacy, I was even more skeptical. Then, I was given the total and was told I can only pay cash. I was not told this over the phone when I made the appointment, so I had to go get cash. As I went to the bank, I discussed the experience with my boyfriend and decided not to get on the medication. I then called the office and asked them how much I owed for the visit, and I let them know that I decided I do not want the medication. I was then told that it is still the same price. This makes no sense to me. Wouldn't that make the medication free? Very sketchy place, would not recommend."

"Dr. Nguyen is a wonderful doctor and always takes the time to really talk to you about any questions or concerns you may have. His son now works there as well and I saw him last time. He also was very nice and took the time to get to know me and my medical history as it was the first time meeting with him."
