"New client, nervous dog and mom… only one client before me paying and I was barely looked at to be welcomed or given a warm smile. Needed toe nails clipped and the demeanor of the 2nd girl was abrasive. Do vet techs get trained on not being overly dramatic? These fur animals are our children! Tell me next step to correct it not, ‘if you want to see someone’ yes, and then she walked away before I was done w questions. Guess talking and snacking in back was more important. Veterinarians/owners: your FRONT LINE STAFF IS INVALUABLE! Train this and get better reviews. Not after I spend money but on my 1st impression. Byeeeeee"

"Took my kitten in for a general check up. I was so impressed by the friendly staff and efficient service! I had my twin talkative six year olds with me and the staff interacted with them so kindly. The office was clean. My Niña was handled with such care! So happy to have come across this vet!!"

"The staff is absolutely wonderful! They actually care about your animals well being, I have experienced other vets that they care more about a profit then what’s best for the pet and family. Very patient with my dog they where the only ones that could cut her nails and she was a 130 pound Cane Corso. I’m so grateful for the doctors, techs, and all the staff at eureka animal clinic it was worth the 30 minute drive south for me. If your looking for a vet office passionate about family pets this is the place!"

"My experience was great! This was my first time visit coming here and bringing in my new puppy BamBam and I was completely satisfied with my visit ! The staff was very nice and friendly, the energy felt great and my puppy loved them ! No barking, and he took his shots like a champ! They are very nice and comforting with your pets. I will definitely be returning for his next visit and highly recommended them to my new puppy friends!"
