"Worst er I have ever been in!! I am a kidney transplant patient on immunosuppressant medicines. I sat in their waiting room for 3 hours A nurse finally swabbed me in the check in area. When they finally got me into the back they put me on a hard gurney with no blanket next to a drafty exit door where I could hear traffic. A very young trainee came in and said I had the flu strain A and there was nothing they could do for me. The last time I had the flu the er I went to gave me great care and meds to help relieve symptoms. I spent 4 hours there and left feeling much worse than when I came in. I will never utilize them again and I can’t believe the low level of care."

"Went in for MRI and check in was quick and courteous ! Of outstanding note was the MRI technician for extensive information, efficiency and such a kind heart! Made a tough procedure as comfortable as possible for 5 Star effort on this January 10th. Assisting nurse was kind and showed such a caring nature. Thanks & God bless!"

"I’ve been here 3 times, when I was in a car wreck, when my husband had appendicitis, and when my 6 year old was very sick and struggling to breathe. The first two times, I had a good experience, but when I brought my son there it was a nightmare. I was already very scared because he had never been so ill and wasn’t even able to walk on his own. We signed in and realized we were sharing bc a waiting room with the elderly patients coming in for imaging. I thought it was very concerning they would put contagious coughing children to wait next to healthy elderly patients. We waited for an hour and a half. My son was very uncomfortable having trouble getting enough air and told me he was very afraid he was going to die. By that time the childrens urgent care had opened and I thought maybe we would have better luck there. I went to the front desk and explained it may be best for us to leave and go somewhere else since we had waited for so long. They didn’t offer any help and just asked me to sign out. When we got to the childrens urgent care they immediately gave him a breathing treatment and told me it was a real emergency and if it ever happened again I should go straight to the ER. He was diagnosed with pneumonia and has made a full recovery. If the ER had just sent out someone to triage the situation maybe they would have been able to help us. I hope this place makes some changes so they can better serve the community."

"I took my kids here after they were refused to be seen by an urgent care down the road because they said it was too many children in one room when I have never had this problem at that exact facility ever before. To get to the point, they staff at this hospital done the same exact thing. We were denied a visit unless we were okay with splitting our children up into different rooms. We have brought them all to both locations multiple times in the past and we have never had this issue. The staff that we encountered were very rude today and were not helpful at all."

"Positive experience Went in this week with wife experiencing severe pain. The wait time to a exam room was less than 30 minutes. Wife received IV along with antibiotics after test results Was out of there within 3 hours or so. Very good staff and very positive experience the doctor was professional and did a great job explaining what was going on. I hope to not have to go back but would go here again."
